One project lead carries the job from the first visit to the walk-through, and the same crew does the work. When something behind a wall changes the plan, you hear about it that day, with the options and their cost, and nothing proceeds until you have chosen.
We keep our work to the rooms where this approach matters most: kitchens, bathrooms, floors and the finishing that ties them together. That focus is deliberate. It means the people planning your kitchen have planned many kitchens, and know which decisions are hard to undo.
