Rooms we renovate
We renovate the rooms a household uses hardest. Every job gets one project lead from the first visit to the final walk-through, a written scope before any wall comes down, and a crew that leaves the house swept at the end of each day.

Day one
Your project lead walks the rooms with you, measures, and listens before anything is drawn or priced.
Three kinds of work, often combined in one project. Each starts with a visit to your home and a written plan.

We draw the layout and put the finishes in front of you: cabinet doors, counters, tile, fixtures, paint. You choose with samples in your hands, in your own light.
Before any work begins you get a document listing every task, every material and the order they happen in, with a price and a schedule you can hold us to.
One crew does the work, led by the same person you met on day one. You get an update at the end of each week, and the site is cleaned at the end of each day.
We go through the finished rooms together, note anything that is not right, and come back to fix it. You also get the paperwork your insurer may ask for: the scope, the permit records and a list of every product installed.
A renovation can change what your home would cost to rebuild, and your insurance should keep up. Three moments to talk to your insurer, and where to read more.
Read the insurance guides
Tell your insurer what is planned and how long it will take, and ask whether the project changes your cover while it is under way.
Read the guideAsk for your coverage to be reviewed. New rooms, systems and finishes can change what it would cost to rebuild your home.
Read the guideKeep the scope, permits, product details and photographs in one place, and refresh your home inventory.
Read the guideWe are a renovation company, not an insurance company or an insurance agent. We do not sell insurance or recommend policies, and only your own insurer can tell you what your policy covers.
